You can do everything in the Creché fully peacefully. Hell, even if you decide to go against the Inquisitor (which turns the whole place hostile) doesn't really matter as there should be nothing to go back for at that point. The other "tricky" part is if you can't convince the Doctor that the parasite is dead and thus she doesn't let you leave the Zaith'isk room without a fight - but even then the battle area is controlled, meaning only giths in the nearby Infirmary and Dormitory get triggered and turn hostile. So as long as you're closing the doors and whatnot (to break LoS and separate locations) that's more or less how it suppose to work. I didn't try to leave corpses in plain sight and I don't plan to do it anyway, but if the patrols don't react to them that's a massive oversight.

Why does your character's race not have ANY impact on the game at all?
Even when playing a duergar the best I get is "wow a nice grey dwarf?" and then it's the exact same dialogue.
Nettie should be immediately unwilling to help you, you should be unable to side with the myconids and everyone should be racist as hell towards you, while you should be able to convince ALL of the duergar to side against a drow (Nere).
And that's just examples of act 1.
It would be very interesting to play a good aligned character that is yet despised by the other good aligned people, finding alternate paths to side with the good guys, like having to take out Moonrise Towers on my own because Jaheira won't even let me into the bubble, etc.

I don't think they had as much of the sex stuff before the release and I'm sure hasbro paid a ton for reviews and ads leading up to the release. and yeah the EA is everything before the mountain pass or the shadowlands. what's funny is that's the best part of the game and what everyone would rave about being so reactive and immersive and full of stuff when it was the early access stuff. the shadowlands are cool imo, but it's a boss rush and not super reactive and everything after the act 2 boss fight is ass and companions just stop talking

I'd only play solo as a Durge with some OP build. Probably an evil one who doesn't resist the urge, goes full degenerate with Illithid Powers and picks Origin-exclusive dialogue options. (As hilarious as some of them they're not known for making you a lot of new friends.) Even then Minthara is an extremely fitting companion and romance interest for the whole thing that I'd rather take her with me in Bonny&Clyde style. But that's not solo anymore. The underrated part of not recruiting companions is discovering along your travels how they fare without you. Last but not least I hope we're not talking about your first playthrough here. Don't do any of this if that's your first time.

Technically, she only learns about the special condition of the party member who initiated the conversation. There might be a small oversight here (I don't know if the "who goes first" scene is there if you do the whole sequence as Lae'zel) but nothing that would substantially change the situation.

Funnily enough, the fact that Bae'zel is a STR chad but looks like a scrawny grandma ingame always pissed me off.
