Unironically play Peak alone, headphones on, just you and the mountain. The solitude is serene and you'll feel incredible when you surmount it.
Peak because it's cheap, but climbing games in general, really.

Grim, I can understand why you are bored.

For me it's untranslated JRPGs, not for everyone but there hundreds out there all with their own characters, stories, systems etc. Much more engaging than "point gun at head and click" simulators with dogshit characters and non-existent stories

Better, really. Great blend of peace and tension.

unironically go outside and take a 10-20 minute walk. Nothing strenuous, just get some fresh air. Better if you go at night or in the morning before sunrise. Guarantee you'll feel refreshed and ready to tackle the day

Do you want to play lengthy RPGs and are looking for escapism? Or just want something short & sweet that doesn't require a massive commitment and you can knock out in a day or two?

If you can list your 3 favorite genres that could help too
