I think Old Snake's Octocamo should be an unlockable thing you can get after beating the game. There should be "Snake Tales"-style bonus stories where you go through areas during different times of the day with different enemy layouts and equipment. Perhaps a "randomizer" mode where all enemy and equipment placement is randomized. It would encourage repeat playthroughs.

Only forced combat sections are bosses and one specific sequence which is mostly just spectacle. Other than that it can be as stealthy as you want. It's got some of my favorite stealth of any vidya especially with one of the boss fights.
