Getting good means actually adding recoil which is skill. Making your bullets go off in a random pattern is the opposite of getting good. ADS bloom can make any shit player who can't aim like yourself get lucky

You need to realize that this is by design so that bullet bloom patterns can be changed on a match to match basis with they matchmaking algorithms

If they want someone to win, they will have better RNG...and worse if they're supposed to lose
