GTAIV sucks but at least it’s not as bad as V. Also why do we need these threads? I should really hope that people don’t buy VI seeing as how much they molested V. V isn’t anything like it was around the time of its launch either and kendrick lamer is a nigger. Rockstar tried chasing a trend and that was ultimately the nail in the coffin for the series. It’s a shame because they took photos of all the cars in GTAIV’s engine. GTAIV had a really cool aesthetic, I thought chinatown wars was a cool compliment to it but GTAV went and shitted that all up.

I fell for this meme and am here to warn others against even checking out GTA4 if you're coming from 5. the characters are boring and all consist of "immigrants who wants money and power" that's it. the atmosphere is laughably bad, it's supposed to be a version of New York and yet the entire city population is roughly 100 people so you'll see plenty of dead streets with no pedestrians and no traffic. no pedestrians is a blessing in disguise though since the cars control close to ships on stormy waters with how much they lean and away during any turn.

Luckily for retards like you cuckstar lost its creative bravery to try new things and will now make its games super casual with vehicles that handle like plastic rc cars like in V forever.

I'm one of like 3 people that hate that they removed the optional filter to make the game look even more depressing and shitty when playing TLAD

TLAD is supposed to be on the complete utter bottom of Liberty City
With Niko you see him crawl his way out of that tier of the city and get to the "Lower high tier" upper parts of LC where as TBOGT is almost entirely set in the rich highlife parts of the City outside of when Luis visits his mother and old friends that are still stuck there.

In TLAD Johnny basically never gets out of being a fucking rat living in the bottom of the entire cesspool.
Even when you beat the game your entire local chapter is destroyed, the club house gutted then burnt down, almost all of Johnny's contacts/associates (outside of a core few Lost gang members that remained loyal and alive) are dead or in prison and Johnny lives in a complete shithole dilapidated abandoned drug den that wouldn't look out of place in Manhunt.
