>Be me
>12 years old and playing Fable 2
>Have wife and daughter
>Love them like they were real, daughter especially
>Always come visit and give her souvenirs of my adventures
> Wife glitched out one day and can't be found
>Oh well still got daughter
>get to the end of the game
>Lucian kills family and dog
>Forsake untold wealth and millions on lives to resurrect family after they die in the climax
>Meet wife and kid at docks
>"My mother was right about you! I'm leaving"
>she leaves and takes my daughter with her

I lost it bros. Inconsolable crying for 10 minutes followed by a massacre the likes of which Albion is still reeling from today

No. But I do get very emotional sometimes, during tearjerker moments in vidya. I often find it easier to empathize with fictional characters than real people. Likely because fictional stories often portray more extreme circumstances than humans face in their daily life.
