do normalfags even care about #gen9001 gimmick being added to this? they advertise this in every pokemon presents but it really fell, what's even the point?
Same thing that always goes wrong with mobile games. Instead of making it good, they made it bad. They could have made it good, but actively chose to make it bad.

I've encountered a large group of different people (ranging from teenage boys to elderly women, so most didn't even have nostalgia for the series) trying to get Zacian during a recent event.
Everyone agreed Zamazenta sucks though and no one did raids for him

I just found it annoying to open phone, check pokemons in the square, stop, click the pokemon, spin the ball, wait for animations, close phone
I found pikmin bloom far better for the type of go outside gameplay but I guess no one really likes the franchise since the updates are at zombie stage now

Its a Large City game, while things have gotten better small towns and countryside is turbo screwed. Incidentally you don't actually want to walk around Large Cities.
In other words, in order to make it enjoyable you basically have to spoof or make alts, or make alts that you spoof.

At least Zam had a redemption Arc in mainline.

The art direction of the people was pretty bad to begin with. No idea what they were thinking with making things uglier with that "better representation" nonsense.
>take a game series about catching a monster buddy and training it to be part of a perfect team >have to find someway to turn it into a heavily monetized pseudo-gacha so the Pokemonโs stats are RNG >meaning you have to catch potentially hundreds or more to get the โgoodโ ones >all so you can do events that hand out objectively better Pokemon that you then need to use in highly controlled raids for Pokemon that are even more overpowered than the others >all of this becoming significantly harder if you donโt live in a highly populated city
The fact that thereโs an actual Pokemon Go competitive league where you tap the screen faster than your opponent is hilariously sad.

After the pandemic it actively sabotaged it's own money making potential to force people to walk more again, so there's at least 1 guy high up who's devoted to the fitness aspect

Backdoor selling of information and going woke with ethnically ambiguous troon safe avatars
Also, covid's over, most people aren't randomly wandering around instead of actually working anymore
