I refunded it but the only reasonable use for VR sets would be to visit exact replicas of old historic sights and events, like the hindenburg disaster, the pyramids being built, a rocketship launch up close, boarding the titanic, etc

Even though the Dev is a jackass, and his little mod team is even worse, I use it for Virt-A-Mate. I make characters for my D&D adventures

Should be decent enough introductions.
I only read up on those because the industriousness behind it is fascinating and because I'm too much of a pussy to do it considering getting a fleshlight only made me fap more.

I recently tried playing normal games. I bought virtual desktop and thought it'd be nice to try it.
Turns out to be a choppy mess. For laughs I tried to play Deltarune on it and the characters were going faster or slower, it was unable to keep 30fps stable. There's some nonsense I'm not getting.
Also it annoys me to constantly charge my headset and my spare battery.

Exclusively as a VRchat machine these days. Last game I played was Blade & Sorcery at 1.0 launch.
VRC has been both a gift and a curse. I've met some of the closest people in my life, met them irl, and also met some of the most pathetic losers.
It's nice being able to connect with other autists in a semi-realistic environment, way better than in a VC, but I do find myself saddened by lack of a fulfilling irl circle. I wish normies were friendlier.
