Fate is about the story. Sure not all story is good. But most of the mainline story is really good.
Fate Grand Order is still a visual novel at heart. If the writing wasn't half a good as Fate Stay Night, people would have dropped it ages ago.

When then people come along that are actually objective you just say to yourself "they don't get it". Once you get the foot in the door you can do everything and the fans will eat it up. Fate uses hundreds of designs of many different artists. The same artists work on other gacha games. Nothing here sets Fate apart.
