It was Trelawny. Milton didn't burn his mole, he wanted the gang to fight among each other so they'd be easier to pick off. Besides, Milton says he picked up Micah and turned him after Guarma, despite there being a mole at the ferry job and bank job in Saint-Denis before hand. And Micah never once openly admits he ratted out anyone, he just calls Arthur crazy.

The game is pretty overt about it when you pay attention. Note this dialog chain in the quest where you have to rescue Trelawny from bounty hunters.
>Charles: You think he'll talk?
>Arthur: Of course he'll talk. He'd sell his own sister to save a train fare! He don't know how not to talk! He don't know where we're hold up though... Least I don't think he does.
>Charles: I don't know why Dutch still deals with him. Always disappearing for weeks on end.
>Arthur: He's got his uses and, well... loyalty matters to Dutch.
>Charles: Of course, but is Trelawny loyal?
>Arthur: Kind of... I guess Trelawny ain't exactly disloyal... just got a big mouth. Nothing's ever straightforward where Trelawny's involved. I've learned that much. He somehow manages to be both lucky and unlucky at the same time. But he always finds some way of paying us back. Just when we think about cutting him loose, he brings us something big. I guess that's his special talent, keeping fish on the line.
To note, Milton and Ross only ever find your camps after Trelawny visited them, never before. And he always leaves before shit goes down. Trelawny is also extremely fidgety when John finds his house in Saint-Denis in the epilogue, where he's living with his family. And he's the only one of the gang who never pays for any sins in any way.
