The combat and movement in Silksong seems like it's quite different compared to Hollow Knight, it's a lot more diagonal and fluid. I feel like it might be the opposite, where playing too much Hollow Knight now makes you struggle to adapt to how Hornet plays.

I've been playing a bit again, but now I'm reminded that Hollow Knight has a very real "le prepare to die" tendency when it comes to design. Makes me a little concerned that Silksong will go further with that because I don't enjoy the combat enough to engage with Godhome-tier content for long. Enough to do a few binding and radiant bosses but never enough to actually complete the final gauntlet. And any break you take means you'll be up against a learning curve when you come back.
