There's nothing morally wrong about stealing food from a self-serve station, it's just a bit gross since the whole thing is full of other people's germs.

People do this all the time with grapes. Just remember when buying produce that it's very likely someone already nibbled on it. Maybe even me.

If you're using a self serve station, you're already intaking who knows how many germs.
If a guy coughed into his hand and then grabbed the ladle, you'll have a thoroughly worse time than a healthy guy sucking up soup from the ladle itself, unless you're a guy with ladles for arms I guess.

Those fingers went in their mouth and now they are touching the rest of the produce to make sure it's ripe. I've watched people fondle at least ten apples and avocados before picking one.

oh thats fine! >wholesome while guy pirates said soup >ww3 begins

That's just a reality man.
Most people in all countries are not hygienic. Indians having literal shit on their hands doesn't change the fact that Americans have an entire culture around pretending not to be sick when you're sick, and then going out, coughing and sniffling, getting your disease fucking everywhere.

What everyone else was saying, plus "battery" is when you touch someone, but "assault" is when you make someone feel unsafe - if you're following someone around and sniffing their ass it's reasonably assumed that you're a threat to them, it's a case of sexual assault.

I saw this clip of this guy that got one of his arms clawed the fuck out of by a lion. it wasn't severed but had deep gashes. the guy seemed to have no control over his damaged arm as it flailed and he had to use his other arm to grab and inspect it.
in my opinion that's an armless chink in that video.

I'd imagine it was actually over for him - nobody there applying pressure, everyone running around, you don't know if the makeshift bandage actually worked.
They do run and get bandages / rags or whatever those are, but odds of them actually knowing what they're doing enough to stop severe blood loss? Probably zero.
