I switch between a few after every X.0 yearly update.
Pretty much I just don't play copies of each type of Gacha game. So since I started with Genshin first I don't play Wuwa. Mostly because Wuwa speaks Chinese proper nouns ever 15 seconds at you which is exhausting and everyone's names are impossible to remember.
I don't play Fate because i don't care to remotely fall down that rabbit hole of bullshit. All I know of Fate is the Grail isn't remotely at all powerful and everyone thought it was and there is like 12 versions of King Arthur and only one of them is male.
The only Gacha's I've been playing everyday for and extended periods of time are related to Gundam. So GBO2 and SD Gundam G Generation Eternal. Engage for some reason or another refuses to work for me.

The vast majority of them are nothing like Genshin. They're Fate and Granblue clones.
