Malenia was easy she just had that 1 move

Radhan was genuinely broken and had true combos in his first iteration on top of being a visual mess

Malenia took me over a hundred attempts.

I destroyed Radahn easily by shieldpoking and using the +def and +stamina physick tears. Probably wasn't even an optimal setup.

Both have easy cheeses. Radahn's entire moveset is strong while Malenia only has two moves you have to look out for. Malenia staggers on 80% of hits and her stance breaks easily, it's also pretty simple to script in phase two as she will ALWAYS do another aeonia nuke at a certain point.
Radahn's entire set is a threat but it's actuall a very simple boss in what it demands from you. Just block or roll, if we're talking skill-ceilings then Radahn 2 has a very low one but the skill floor is high. I'm talking about pre-nerf for Radahn, people just talk about the cross slash nerf but he got a lot of other adjustments as well. Lots of recovery frames added to his attacks, he doesn't arbitrarily delay the ground light upheavel after that one combo compared to the others anymore, he doesn't have a hitbox when he slams his blades in the ground before dragging them for flight, he does less damage, etc.
I've always said this and I'll say it again: Consort Radahn could functionally be a DS3 boss and nothing much would change outside of shield, status, and roll effectiveness. Not many jumpable attacks and his hitboxes aren't too precise.

The original Consort is rougly 10 times harder than Malenia but he doesn't exist anymore and his current version is slightly easier than Malenia

Malenia is the clear winner because you had autists making 1 hour rant videos about how shes unfair while displaying their lack of understanding of basic game mechanics that have been in the series for 10+ years.

Radahn because he's early in the game where Malenia is late in the game. They're not going to make it past Radahn to get to Malenia.

The one with the literally unfair bullshit life-steal on hit, even if you block with a shield. The Scooby-Doo fragments already filtered the plebs, they didn't even reach PCR.

Consort Radahn is the hardest boss in FromSoft history. Malenia gets mogged by bosses from Dark Souls 3.

Had more trouble with (unpatched) Consort Radahn because so many of his attacks had bizarre trajectories, visual effects and follow-ups (e.g. the light columns) that made it hard to discern the correct approach without studious trial-and-error. Malenia's telegraphs were more intuitive, she had more idle time between attacks, and is one of the only bosses in the game that can actually be flinched from regular attacks.
Malenia is harder since Consort Radahn's nerf though. A caveat regarding Malenia's susceptibility to flinching is that it can circumstantially work to her favour. For example, you can get "greedy" with trying to stunlock her, only for Malenia to execute waterfowl dance or the spirit clone attack, either of which can pretty much instantly kill you if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Malenia is harder for shitters, while Radahn is harder for purists who actually engage with bosses and don't just hide behind a shield, magic, co-op and other crutches.
