Less than 30 minutes to go before the Forgotten Land DLC comes. Are you ready, Kirbros?

I played it some since I'm Australian. New levels and abilities are fun, only 6 levels in though think that's halfway through because a figure for a new waddle dee said there's 12 areas

Going to bed when it launches and getting up early on time off to go to the Aquarium tomorrow so I'll play it when I get back.

I think I'm gonna just play through the whole game again before starting the DLC. I don't necessarily want to start a new file though. If I recall, the game was mostly easy but had some super annoying shit if you wanted to 100% it.

Forgotten Land is the only Kirby game I have not played. I’m excited to try it for the first time.

I think Nintendo was very stupid not releasing the 60 FPS patch earlier. I didn't wanna replay the game in 30 FPS. I did the Z cup again though (attack buff went away after the first boss it was really low when I booted it up)

I just realized something
The crystals aren’t supposed to represent Galacta Knight/Dark Matter but Para Matter, the things Drawcia Soul spawns
The eye closing and opening pattern is identical, and they even return for Chaos Elfilis’s second phase. What does this mean? Why would these things be correlated to a thing needed for sealing things into crystals?

Just wrapped up EX Arena. Good time, Chaos EX is a fucking blast, especially the orb's new shit. Gonna lurk YouTube in a couple days just to see people react to the new shit that round fuck can do, especially spawning temporary apparitions of the Beast Pack, even up to 3 of the same one if it does it a second time.
Gonna go in with all buffs now and see how much easier it makes it. Wished it dropped 5 Rare Stones instead given what you're working through; even the old Phantom bosses have sped up moves and new patterns.
Then comes the Gatcha grind for EX figures. At least the new Arena pays well.

They should include them. I might consider the Expansion Pass a good value if it included all of them. I don't care to spend an extra $30 a year on games I can already emulate and DLC I already own. Including Upgrade Packs would actually create value in the short term that I can regret later since that extra $30 a year would add up to money I could have spent on the upgrades themselves.

If you’re into stylus gimmicks and don’t mind that Kirby’s basically along for the ride instead of actively inhaling things like usual, it’s worth checking out. Canvas Curse had that “wow this works” DS magic when it dropped, and it’s got a lot more charm than Rainbow Curse with its clay look. Just know going in it’s more of a puzzle-platformer than a traditional Kirby game. Plus the music slaps in that weird GBA/DS audio way.

I have no fucking clue. Haven't visited the Deedly Dees in three years since the original launch back when Faded Dream of a Psychomeddler was the best shit ever (still the best song in the game easily), so I couldn't tell you.
Maybe when you do EVERYTHING, it comes up since I saw you get new music there for beating the EX Arena, but I'm not sure. Otherwise, just pray someone does some kind of audio rip manually over time or Nintendo doesn't take three years to add Star-Crossed World shit to Nintendo Music where people can rip it from there.

Yeah man for a 20$ DLC pack it was pretty fucking alright, even though the levels are asset flips I get surprised at how big some of them are, and the new boss fights(actually new not just same enemy with crystals on top) have really good attack patterns, and the revamped main bosses also packed a good punch. I got like 5-ish hours on it with me missing some Starrie's still so wrapping those up should add an extra hour. Really glad I got it.

(Me) again. Life Up is always fun since you get unlimited Morpho sword beams, and Speed Up is just good QoL, but fuck me, I forgot how busted Attack up is. Cut my time down from 22m to 13m as my only two tries.
I almost feel sad for Sillydillo, bastard unironically did nothing but summon a sandstorm early before keeling over immediately, christ.
Gonna do so again a couple times to grind Starry Coins for the last couple figures and some Rare Stones for the powers I like that I haven't upgraded yet, but after that I'm just sticking to the other two; I've done Z Cup with all three too often it seems, gotten damn-near complacent with the boosted numbers.

I don’t have a Switch 2 yet but I saw the DLC content. The stuff looks cool but $20 is a bit of an excessive price tag for it. It should’ve been $10, $5 would probably be best but Nintendo would never do it for that cheap.

I'm surprised to see the hate for this, I think it's great. I played a demo unit at Sears like 20 years ago and it convinced me to get a DS. I actually just replayed it last week and still had a great time. It's probably one of the best uses of the stylus and feels very natural to play. It's not perfect, some of the mini game bosses like the Artist one feel like it's incorrectly punishing you sometimes, but it's still very fun despite that. Final boss is really cool too, wish there were more boss fights like that. There are several characters to unlock as well as other neat things to keep you going for a while.
Great game all around, if you have an easy way to play it with the touch controls you should give it a shot

So going by what was posted online there have been some people who did speedrun the thing, I guess it helps that save data can be transferred over. I don't care much about spoilers so I looked into it.

As it appears, Star Crossed Road basically has some similarities to the movie DBZ Cooler's Revenge in a sense considering the True Arena EX figure.
