No they did that years before when they realized that they are not selfsustainable and that just sitting there with thumb in ass hoping hat all 3rd party live services will always be primarily played on ps is a bet you will eventually lose.
Granted they went on tackling the issue in the worst possible way by spending 100thousands of dollars per game instead of letting smaller projects release and grow.
