I liked it :)
Great game, and short enough it doesn't overstay its welcome.

Rebirth has the Monke Island 2 parody mod if not the greatest custom story in any of the Amnesia games. That alone makes it worth it.

I somehow only heard about this game like 2 months ago, watched some videos on its mechanics and they seem great on paper. In 2 days I have my last exam and ill be finishing college, first thing im doing afterwards is booting this game and finishing it in one sitting. I deserved some comfy time

I liked it very much, I still want to do a hard mode playthrough one day, I felt like I didn't have to make enough tough decisions on normal but it was still tense and frightening.

This one run is going too well for it to end with me escaping. I just fucking know it.
I haven't taken any damage yet, which is good because there's not a fucking med kit in sight.
I need to to get the code, and I haven't even pulled the power switch past the lock next to the stairs yet.

That's ALWAYS where I fucking die.

The shit i felt as flight instinct kicked in and I rushed for that door. Fumbled the amnesia interacting gimmick trying to open the door while the beast did its roar animation when it aggros, fuck me. Only reason I made it was that 3 hour roar animation it does, otherwise a solid 2-3 hours would've been fucking gone. I don't like that the faggot beat me to the saferoom I haven't picked the game back up in days, I had a good fucking thing going god damm

That JUST happened to me as I was coming back from the fucking prisoner cell block. I was getting chased he even saw me. Yeah, that can happen if he's fully aggro'd and you're hauling ass back to the safe room. Usually I anticipate it and just keep running into the saferoom and close the generator door before he makes it to me.

I gave up when a single rat soloed me and I wanted to turn them off in the settings. Fuck rats, I don't care how big and mutated they are, we shouldve been given the option to stomp their skulls in at least on a 1v1, these horror games disrespect the human ability too much sometimes

by that point you know he kills a soldier right around the time hes writing that same note, and another soldier straight up doesn't recognise lambert because hes a completely mutated transformed monster by then

Bunker feels like the sequel everyone who like Amnesia 1 actually wanted, but you can't blame people for ignoring it after getting burned twice

Thank fuck. The prisoner cells had me sweating holy shit. This mother fucker came so close to catching me, but he was generous enough to break the map room door down and let me get the fuse and the map on my way out.

Dude The Bunker doesn't fuck around. They really outdid themselves after that stain of shit on the carpet they called Rebirth.

Unironically, some shell shocked runs are literally only so hard because the first place you gotta go to has a fucking rat tunnel you can't get around.
If you found a grenade, it used to be possible to blow open the bottom door and skip the tunnel altogether if you throw it just right.
I think on the harder difficulties they patched it so it only works on easy and below.

Rat RNG is typically what determines your success or failure once you play the game enough in my opinion.

I'll probably buy/play it this Halloween depending on the event/sale/my mood.
I actually loved Rebirth and it's one of my favourites, will probably do an achievement run of that.
