Always somewhat useful but only broken with Observatory, which sometimes refuses to show up. One of the easiest ways to get a high score/NaNinf run though. High ceiling, low floor.

Strong if you have face cards to remove and hit some copies of Hanged Man. Never mad to see it, but doesn't have broken potential. Medium ceiling, medium floor.
>Yorick
The most consistent, but slowest scaling good Legendary. Will win you the run and that's about it. Low ceiling, high floor.
>Triboulet
Would be my pick for best legendary. Has similar deck requirements as Canio, so Abandoned deck is sad, but goes off super hard with any retrigger support and is power right away. Hanging Chad is a common and already breaks it, Sock and Buskin goes nuts. High ceiling, high floor.

perkeo is useless a lot of the time but when it's good it's the most broken shit in the game
triboulet's good
the other two I've never really used to any success but I think they can work
