I think it really depends on which element of the game(s) we're talking about. Some elements, such as the law, are pretty on the nose what with how the cops are so bloodthirsty and quick to devour flesh. An Ouroboros of sorts, breeding the selfsame "evil".
Then other elements of it all really just feel like it doesn't exist to make a point, but to more so be just the artist's personality given digital form. A means for us to discover and feel thoughtforms that are familiar, yet just different enough from ours to compel us to compare thoughtforms.
Like, the drinky bird could just be a none-too-subtle allegory for the media industry and blind, willfully ignorant consumerism where we all just drink up all the poison poured down the steps of Babel repeatedly, or it could just be something as simple as "I want to write something that others will think is super deep, so I'll just throw some shit together and make it sound kinda hipsterish"
