First: Drawing is like simultaneously inventing and learning a language. There's not really a "correct" way to do anything. You have to be able to determine what you want your art to look like, and how to do that.
Drawabox's first couple lessons are good, and there's some good exercises for building basic muscle memory. I'd recommend ignoring everything after it starts talking about texture.
If an artist you like posts a speedpaint/timelapse video, DOWNLOAD THAT SHIT IMMEDIATELY. Drawing process videos are some of the most insightful material you can find if you take the time to slowly scrub through them and ask yourself "why are they doing what they're doing" often.

Also, don't be afraid of using reference, ever. Hell, don't even be afraid of tracing as long as you're doing it to study and not to pass off someone else's work as your own.

By the way to answer your question, im not a full artist yet but i can say that you should set yourself a goal of what you want to draw and do activities related to it, in my humble opinion loomis sucks for beginners and you need to know how to draw to a certain degree already to even understand it (the classic "to draw an owl first you draw a circle then draw the rest of the owl, easy!" kind of bullshit).
The most important part is to not make drawing a chore, enjoy it, instead of making youself meet a quota of 100 boxes per day, try making a drawing daily, getting someone to give proper feedback you can apply will make you progress way faster.
Also dont get stuck in a drawing, didnt go well? A lesson for your next drawing, if you are starting you must also realize every drawing will be horrible at first and you will slowly start getting better and better.

How about drawing in the weekends though? Can't believe lacking sleep and doubling down on energy drinks and sweet coffee for drawing would create heart conditions within two years. Drawing with some guide construction, then adding the details and colors in separate layers and adding BG, prop, and slight VFX elements is like, at minimum, 3 hours uninterrupted for me. I didn't use any references besides some official png of Rouge (though I probably should have, I really struggled with stuff like the shoulder movements). I made keyframes for when she's at her highest and lowest first, checked if they looked right, then added and modified frames in-between those points, starting with rough drafts and using the move tool, to actually drawing out the movements. It basically came down to just feeling it out, which I think for things like breasts is alright to do, as long as your tastes for what looks good aren't too warped. I'm saying that as a complete beginner though.

Draw when you wake up so you can't make excuses. Ideally, you should find it fun to draw and not need to force yourself. As far as still still life studies, you don't need a set schedule starting out, but once a week when you have an hour to spare should be good enough. You could set an annoying alarm on your phone

I like drawing with pencil and paper. I can't do lineart digitally, but I can paint a bit. My tablet was a wacom intuos or something, but the thing either won't connect or the pen is dead(charges from being used? wireless magnetic resonance or some shit I don't remember).

Yup, but I'm ok with the flexibility of left related (folders, responsive translate, easy undo, and pencil/eraser switching,) but can't turn off the antialiasing, so doodling in colors and deets takes long.

right related has decent "crispiness" of lines, but doesn't have folders for moving and the perspective tool doesn't exist here, looking forward to your advice, thanks! (Latest pieces so far are the mixolydia >>719778523 - made with left, and the Abrams tank >>719788002 - made with right, here)
