How come I can't enjoy difficulty in games? I spend the whole time feeling frustrated, and even if I do beat it, I don't feel satisfaction, just relief that I never have to do it again. What's wrong with me?

you're probably playing bad games
good games feel good when you do tricky things. You feel competent and skilled. Bad games feel unfair and gimmicky

You're playing games wrong if you're just brute-forcing hard sections by trial and error instead of making new plans and changing your gameplay strategy when you die. Game difficulty is all about how you approach it.
