We know that Ganondorf is either an incarnation of Demise's hatred or a straight up reincarnation of Demise himself, we know that Demise despised the goddesses and their creations, and we know that Demise first emerged from deep beneath the land that became Hyrule, which is where Null was imprisoned since Hyrule was created. In a nutshell, Ganondorf is just a pawn of Demise who is just a pawn of Null. So if Ganondorf wins, he'll probably end up destroying Hyrule, deliberately or accidentally, which means Demise and Null both win by extension, even if they're not around to personally enjoy the victory anymore. It's a massive middle finger to the goddesses from beyond the grave, that's probably good enough for them.
