I hate it when adventure/rpg games have a race against the clock trope. /V/ supposedly has a few weeks left to live in Cyberpunk 2077 but he will spend his time saving 40 year old gay nephews from serial killers or participating in deadly street races with ugly fat trannies. They should've at least made the timeline ambiguous, make the disease progress randomly over months or a year instead of stating V would be gone within the month.

This trope completely ruins my suspension of disbelief when it comes to V becoming a legendary merc capable of soloing the entire Arasaka tower and killing Smasher with a dildo. No way he becomes that competent in only a few weeks. I have to pretend the disease takes a couple of years in my mind to not be bothered by all the random side quests this game has

one day in cyberpunk = 3 hours irl time
lets grant that v has 3 weeks in game to live
3hours irl x 21 in game days = 63 hours irl to beat the game
