Not just internally, the Pantheon Oval thing starts to glow. It's impossible to tell if you've beaten the pantheon with all 4 bindings at once, but if you've done them one at a time and also had a hitless run you can tell on the game save.

Hundreds of people have done Pantheon 5 All Bindings. A few dozen people have done Pantheon 5 Hitless. But as of right now, only two people have done Pantheon 5 All Bindings Hitless. Should that be a rewardable achievement as well?

Pantheon of Hallownest was hard enough and a pretty bitter sendoff to the series for most people. Locking the challenge behind a masochistic experience like all bindings wouldnt even really make narrative sense
