I did, hollow knight is not a metroid game, it does not belong to the metroid IP. Fortunately, technique in developing video games and level design improves over time, something metroid hasn't been subjected to because it's in the hands of a bad and lazy company. A lot of these IPs are finding unprecedented success because their design philosophy isn't geared towards five year olds. Like imagine how dumb someone has to be to like any prime game, it's just mind boggling to me.

Zero mission or super. Once you grow out the movie game phase all metroid prime games (metroid scan) unironically become unplayable. Slow, easy and restrictive bloated slop designed with babies in mind. Even bland harem romcom visual novels require more focus to engage with the media than playing metroid prime. I want to murder every single 3d metroid drone. KYS

Zero Mission is alright, but Fusion was the best. Samus Return was also good despite not being there. Never went ahead and completed the rest tho, but i played a bit from the first Prime and it was great in its own way. Hands down Nintendo best game series. Insane to think that such a gay company could produce something like this and the overall essence across its evolution has remained intact until today.

Prime 4 is going to be shit tho, what a shame
