Base Game is a 3D Legacy of Goku 1, 2 and 3 but with Mira from DBO as the secret boss instead of Broly or Cooler. Sidequests features characters from DB and some Z filler like the driving school. But the most ironic thing about this game is that Super Saiyan 4 will be Goku's final transformation instead of Ultra Instinct. That's fucking based. Fuck SHITper. The DLC covers all of the canon content:
>Bardock Special not the non-canon DB Minus since Bardock's DBS armor was never in the manga. The armor from the special is in the manga further proving that DBS is not canon. Since Kakarot follows canon, we get the real Bardock.

>23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. Kid Goku is. The real kid Goku btw not the faggot with the shirt from Sparking Zero/DBS.

Why didn't they just wish the black star dragon balls to Earth using the Earth Dragon Balls? They actually tried similar in Super and at least gave a reason they couldn't.

Yes. Selling the game cheaper (especially a half decade later) in hopes they'll buy 60 dollars of overpriced DLC is a strategy devs use.
Half decade is also a long time. It is an old game and no one is paying 60+ for a 5 year old last gen game.
