I work at a local hobby shop in the northern regions of the USA selling trading cards like Magic the Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh and stuff like that. It's a mom n' pop type store, so we don't have a corporate entity. The music we have playing overhead every day while we're open is a Best Of Katamari Damacy Series OST selection.

I genuinely wish I could do that where I used to work. Was staff at an EBGames for a little bit and the stuff we did play, while not terrible, was a bit rough as our manager liked to loop their own personal stuff.

i just want the endless option for each area/set. its so annoying that the other games dont do it, and i doubt we will get it (still probably small/medium/large like usual). i just like autistically collecting things in a chill way, not always in a precision or speed challenge way.

i'll buy the new game like a good little cuck because i love this series but tbf every entry after the 2nd has been treading similar ground. the biggest selling point for me is that they're bringing back all of the previous soundtracks and cousins

I'm desperately hoping it's more of We Love Katamari and not the shallow bullshit cashgrab of Katamari Forever. I'm optimistic there will be more QoL/accessibility features because my 6 year old loves these games but can't deal with the time limit, and the same few Eternal levels on loop get boring
