Does it get any better? The first 5 hours or so were pretty enchanting but I'm now 9ish hours in and pretty bored.

these retards put the actual interesting stuff in the open world instead of the magical castle.

game goes to shit as soon as you get out of the castle and start exploring mudland. why they just didn't completely focus on the castle/village and have you walk around boring swamps instead boggles my mind. also fuck trannies and fuck jannies but I repeat myself

No, it doesn’t get better.
Game should have just been Hogwarts, Hogsmead, and the forest. There should have been way more to do in the castle with varied puzzles. It should have had social sim elements and a class schedule with class minigames like Persona and Bully.
Instead they made ubislop.

Had a good time with it for a few days (combat is pretty fun), but yeah it feels like hollow Ublislop. Nothing you do really matters (linear story, dialogues are useless, your actions have 0 consequences, loots are random...). It's not a bad game once you mod the tranny out, but it could have been so much more.

you either like it within the first 5 hours or you don't, probably best to drop it. get immersed in the game, roleplay your character as best as possible, explore every bit of the world and find fun things to see/do.

open world aspect is pretty shitty but if you just ignore merlin trials/ancient powers/collection chests, the game doesn't take that much time. winter is super fucking cozy to pick a good wardrobe and roleplay.

Yeah I like these ideas better. The art and design in the castle is so good but useless for the majority of the game

It's literally just a souless, pozzed generic AAA product wearing harry potter skin. I laughed hard when I saw gear score and looting bullshit combined with a ubislop map in a Harry Potter game, then laughed even harder when I saw a player character just combat rolling and slapping generic "wizard bandits" with shitty homing bolts. I'm fully convinced they had some sort of "Generic AAA Licensed Title" template lying around and just slapped the harry potter cover onto it.
Also notice how any shill will avoid mentioning that the game is full of shitskins and niggers.

Don't worry, it genuinely gets worse once you have to spend most of your time away from the castle.
