I like that game but if they get rid of the restrictive mission design in GTA 6 then it's already better than RDR2.

I liked RDR 1's more streamlined gameplay and gritty tone better.
RDR2's map design was phenomenal though, just wish they added a Mexico DLC, I love comfy desert biomes

I love the combat on m/kb. when you genuinely get good it's satisfying. Also mod in the expanded gore/enemy damage. I love after a shootout walking over to each enemy thats moaning and bleeding to dead and burying a hatchet into their face or stomping their head in

I really hope Rockstar figures out how to make me actually want to use 95% of the guns I pick up in GTA6. I hope they finally figured out how to make each one actually feel unique.

Yeah well they already had 2 shots at that, I just want the guns in GTA6 to not all feel or sound like popguns like they did in 5. Some merit for different loadouts instead of just picking the obviously best option would be nice. They have to have figured it out by now, they spent a few years doing horse shitting and ball shrinking, surely at some point they looped back around to gameplay and feel, right?

I've started / stopped this game twice now. It moves glacially slow and every single interaction taking time takes me out ironically. It's really not that "fun" either from what I've played, but definitely pretty and well acted.

they ran out of time so had to cut most of the story out. during development the games sized ballooned. john went from being an NPC to having his own epilogue. they originally wanted the robbery in blackwater to be fully playable and arthur would have a son who was going to die in the mountains. lots and lots of stuff got cut which explains the half-assed ending for arthur

the game you just described like that feels like shit to play at every second, nothing in it feels good, the game fails at the most basic thing a game needs to have... controlling it feeling not like utter shit

you game therefore is provably shit as a game, maybe you like it as a movie or because of the visuals and vibe ok but dont pretend you like it because of its attributes as a game because it fails at that/controlls like shit, no enemy varity, no bosses, no dungeons, no nothing just garbage controlls and garbage combat
