It was just a beta version of MGS5.

It was fun back in the day.

Used the ps3 LAN over WIFI app to do a bunch of the monster hunter secret missions with complete randos and get screamed at for packing LMGs and rockets instead of tranqs

It really doesn't. The story is horrible. Cast of MASSIVELY boring characters (PW version of Miller, french bitch, paz, chico, huey, etc...) and an absolutely glacial story that went nowhere. Fucking Hot Coldman. All to end simply in "Huh... actually fuck the boss...". It's a piece of shit game. The missions are boring and the base building is tedious. Game is also ugly.

It should have gotten a remake in the Fox Engine. Imagine... right after MGSV, they remaster Peace Walker? They could re-use a lot fo assets.
