Only Awakening. Fate kinda sort've for gameplay and stupid lore reasons, but it's built into the story of Awakening. Making busted children is very rewarding, with hair colors at least changing depending on... the... father if I recall.

I remember getting this game a long time ago, but never finishing it. I've tried multiple times but I kind of pitter out after unlocking all of the heroines. Grinding a whole new set of children up to their level caps only to have to do it again when you need stronger ones is kind of monotonous. Rolling for geniuses also just kinda sucked. And don't get me started on how many times I had to rewatch the generic hang out encounters to get enough bond to mass produce the kids that I'd end up putting up for adoptions anyways.
Man, the more I think about it, the more I understand why I dropped this game, even if the actual combat wasn't terrible.

I have no issues with her being an idol, but she came in too hard as a party pooper when Archus isn't even a funny haha dork. She just falls flat and has no chemistry to work with. I remember keeping Ellie around just for her straight damage. I will say though, she definitely feels like the most fleshed out of the main heroines. Everyone else is kind of one note in their gimmicks, but Ellie actually has some depth and I appreciate that.

I guess it technically counts, I mean we've all seen the ending slide of Hilda with her holding your child if you go that route. Idk if that's in the same spirit of what you're going for though, since its not really a mechanic and more of just an ending.

I'm trying to gather games where it's in the game that you at least marry the girls, and preferably that you can have children with them. But marrying is a good start, imagine had FFT/A/A2 allowed you to marry units. It'd have truly been majestic. Golden Sun was a personal favorite, and still is, but IsaacxJenna makes little sense, even if it was established in TLA, and now I hope Felix gets Sheba at least in a mention by Camelot, but Dark Dawn really fucking murdered the studio into being a Mario Sports sweatshop.

If you haven't added Unicorn Overlord to the list yet, I'd recommend it. That game really does have a plethora of characters to choose from for marriage. Some will even expressly mention having your children in their endings, like best girl Chloe

Genealogy, Awakening and Fates all have eugenics built into the game. Genealogy and Awakening are built into the narrative and core of the games so its more realized in those two, whereas Fates was more "Yeah this was popular in the last game lets add it back because why not" and gives some really retarded reasoning and implementation and they kids don't really have an impact at all and are just there as a result of shipping shit outside of the pretty whatever DLC chapter with them.

Fates has the best implementation because the breed takes place right away.
In Awakening you pair the unita but they wont do it until the future.
The game already establishes from the go astral worlds exist in other places with different time progression.
Its great because it doesn't break the game and is a good way to replace units since they come with an item that auto levels them to your team average's.

Robin gets 50% more exp when paired up. Female Robin with Chrom allows fast S support which means fast damage spike with dual strikes (you can probably get away with MRobin too but then you cant be Chrom'd inside). Get Nosferatu/dark mage. As long as you dont get one shot, you should be golden and scale fast enough with the boosted exp
