Jill is by far the better playthrough, because Barry is there. Not because he makes game easier, just because he’s based. Rebecca is nowhere near as endearing, although she has her moments. It was a missed opportunity that they didn’t rearrange items/enemies for different characters, that would’ve made back to back playthroughs more palatable, it’s worth doing to see the story differences, but it’s 98% the exact same game.

Directors Cut (non DualShock) adds arrange mode, which is perfect for a second playthrough.
