There is nothing wrong with this game, but the absolutely outrageous glazing and hype is why gaming feels so slop and soulless. The game showed nothing new and people still drooled like this was going to change gaming. It's the same game with minor changes. Great! They knew it'd lead to services being congested because they're built around pre-orders to ease the load on release day. This will make it last even longer in the news cycle because now everyone will report on the storefronts being down, so more free marketing. Smart.
