You actually can't. Theft requires the removal of some property from one individual's possession to another. Information is ontologically incapable of being stolen because it isn't physical, in the case of digital information it can be copied, but this is copyright infringement which is what pirates are actually charged with, specifically distributors. Even if you were to copy the information and destroy the original, this isn't theft in the legal sense, as it constitutes two separate actions, infringement of copyright and destruction of property.

This beat Starfields peak which was the gold standard of gamepass games. People were coping with the terrible steam peak of other gamepass games saying it's on gamepass so that's why it's low. Silksong proves that it doesn't matter if it's on gamepass. If people are interested in a game, they will buy it. Now imagine all the sales the game has gotten. I wouldn't be surprised if it gets 10 million over 3 days.
