No, I've had this thought for a while for an anime shooter and it has to be TPS. Needs a fuckton of customization not just for the characters but for gear. I wouldn't lock it to modern day operator shit either, you want a big titty weimar republic waifu with a fat ass stretching those cotton breeches as she racks the bolt on a maxim, sure. You want a noir looking detective with raven hair in lace stocking high heels a nice trench using a 1911, cool.
The guns would also be able to be customized deep as hell, and not like COD with stupid shit on it I mean actual customization like triggers internals, barrels, stocks, sights, magazines, platings, grips, bipods, scopes, frames, selectors, and depending on the gun: ammo swaps. Add dedicated servers with lobbies to let players customize what they want and a map forger to let them be creative, add 10/10 TPS gameplay and teamwork mechanics like vaulting teammates over high walls or mag tosses to give them ammo, and the game would make billions just in the asian market alone.
