It's simple. No one buys Castlevania games. A few years ago, Konami released Castlevania Grimoire of Souls, and nobody was interested in the game to the point that Konami preferred to sell it to Apple. Besides, the latest collections, such as Dominus Collection, have had mediocre sales, so Konami is not going to risk losing money. It's already a great feat that it has released mediocre remakes of Silent Hill and MG.

I for one would pay for an Ecclesia sequel where Shanoa can get forcibly turned into a succubus by absorbing too many succubus glyphs. Make them spawn often in one area and give far more ammo hearts, but absorbing too many gets a unique bad end.
