It's gonna be kino. Did anyone else get the super deluxe edition yet? My gf and I plan on playing this with another couple and we all preordered early. The perks are amazing.

If this came out 3-4 years ago, it'd be a day 1 buy. too much on the backlog and i really need to be in a specific mood for multiplayer shooters now.

I really liked borderlands 2, specifically playing with other people, but it was god awful how slow you level up and move through the skill trees

So are they really removing Hyperion and Atlas guns from the game? I get Hyperion if you care about story progression but it’s pretty lame if they gave up on Atlas THAT quickly after messing up once in BL3

Borderlands has been part of my journey into a transexual untraditional polygamist relationship. The strong female and LGBT+ characters in this game helped me find the inner courage to show who I really am to the world.
I have already bought my wife’s son an ultimate edition of bl4 and can’t wait to watch him play on release while my bull works on giving us a new child.
Absolutely nothing you say can ruin my excitement for this game.

I'll wait for the full dlc complete edition when it's on sale for like 20 to 30 bucks.

I dont like trading weapons all the time, it fucking sucks, they all mostly suck and when you find a fun one it quickly becomes useless.
Id rather the game focused on fun guns at a slower pace of weapon drops and some sort of gear with abilities like gloves, pants, chest, helmet... each piece having unique abilities. Because then trading one shoe for another shoe just means a choice of ability A (idk, double jump) with ability B (dash) plus their simple stats (cooldown and strenght). With a gun you have to see the type, the ammo size, reload time, accuracy, damage, damage type, special abilities... for each fucking gun. And then you pick it up and it feels like ass anyways as most random guns do.

My friend keeps saying he’s excited to play it with his GF and I, but I can’t afford the price (and I don’t really think it’s worth the price for me) atm. I’m a poorfag currently.

If the games difficulty was balanced around True Vault Hunter Mode from the start I’m pretty sure we’d avoid this problem, normal mode is really, really easy but also tends to invalidate your gear the fastest so the main draw of the series of finding better equipment by random chance and letting it carry you through a chunk of the game is invalidated, unless it’s something like a Law or Masher revolver in BL1 or a low leveled Harold in BL2, stuff that actually scales well thanks to their sheer power
You could argue it’s an intentional design choice so players have to regularly swap low tier equipment to experience every weapon mechanic until they roll a lucky find, but that stopped being a thing in BL1. Even some Legendaries get hit with this if just because they’re purely gimmick guns over half the time, BL3 was a pain in the ass for the amount of Legendary bloat there was

I just want the story to be less shit. BL3 is fine gameplay wise but the story's so fucking bad it actively ruins the whole experience.

Who else remember that when borderland 2 came out the new jaw dropping, deal changing nvidia only tech that was pushed everywhere was that you could make bullet holes in tissue? All the pieces of tarp and flags and whatnot could be pierced with bullets. On pc I mean.

Borderlands has been shit for a long while and this won't be an improvement. I know for a fact my new friend from a couple months ago who religiously plays borderlands is going to bother me to play this. If he's real desperate he might offer to buy me it and expect me to put in 400 hours of grinding for the sake of grinding. I will refuse.

Borderlands Enhanced GOTY has an annoying memory leak, and someone found a way to supposedly fix it without deleting your cutscenes.

I'm still debating myself whether to buy the deluxe or super deluxe. The dlc will be more expensive if you have to buy it separately, but it's also crazy that you only get two DLCs instead of four, like you did in the past.
