I like it so far, I mainly just have two main complaints.

Almost every enemy in the game is constantly backhopping away from you during their attacks so I end up chasing them around the entire room before they die a lot of times which is getting really annoying.
I'm in Greymoor and have yet to find any way to upgrade my Needle or damage. Did I miss it or is there just not one yet?

I have it and I can't even be bothered to launch it. It's the reason I'm procrastinating here. Maybe it's good, maybe not, but the whole hollow knight formula has been overdone for the past decade already so I'm not really excited for it.

it's just... not fun. trash mobs constantly run away from you while spamming block animations so you can barely hit them, every boss does 2 damage right from the get-go, and you have extremely long runbacks to a lot of fights that just beat your face in and give you no time to learn the patterns before it's back to the runback again.

I reached the section with some sort of balloons that you have to combo with right timing and multiple buttons pressed at the same time to get on top and if you fail even once you plunge all the way down; it feels like a section straight from "getting over it" game. I genuinely had to quit cause it hurts to even type right now, my fingers feel the fucking same when I were learning guitar and developing calluses... This section single-handedly might have filtered me as I don't even have a controller...
