They used speedtree which may "technically" be AI but basically every 3D game uses it and none have ever declared themselves to be using AI on Steam over it, nor has anyone ever called them out over it. Elden Ring, RDR2, Witcher 3 etc all use it too and no one calls those AI games.

If the developers of those games are dumb enough to put out a vague disclaimer about using AI-generated content then yeah, they will. If they don't address it and people just see a speedtree logo on the main menu or whatever then obviously not.
