The Nasuverse gorgon sisters are neither divine nor cursed, they are simply exiled royalty living out in the middle of nowhere. Hollow Ataraxia sort of implies that her monstrosity came about as an effect of all the murder she had to commit to protect her sisters instead of being something innate.
