Were people waiting for Palworld as fiercely as this? I remember I only learned about Palworld 1 or 2 days in, after /v/ kept raving on about how it was an unexpectedly good game. 2 million over a couple days is easier to handle than 500k in one go.

I did get Palworld after I tried it, but Silksong doesn't spark any interest in me
