Micah was the only real outlaw and the only realistic character in a group of modern Californian liberals. He didn't fit in at all.

In ANY realistic group of contemporary outlaws he would have been a normal member, but in a gay hugbox of soft, pathetic men and empowered girlboss wymen he stood out and became the sole target of negativity, only because everyone around him was a filthy bitch cuck and slave lover/fucker.

>Marriage? A sacred institution? Heh, it's anything but in my experience, brother, I can tell you that. If two fellers wanna tie the knot, who am I ta say no? If the Lord ain't judged our gang, I'd say he's been takin' some time off the job, yer probably safe. Heh heh. Have at it, I say.
>Abortion? Well, that's a rough one. Bit of a tough pill to swaller. At first, I didn't rightly take kindly to the idea of killin' babies, but Dutch gave me this ole thick science book and I pretty much surmised that well, that thing is about as human as Micah here, which is lackin' to say the least, heh. Hell, I'd say a gal has the right to choose.
>A gal? As president? Well, what I can tell ya is its been nothin' but fellers since this whole thing here started up and what have we got? A bunch of other dead fellers. What have we got ta lose? I reckon' tryin' a gal's touch wouldn't do anyone no harm. If weakness is a concern of yours, I promise you some of the ladies runnin' in my gang would probably make Old Hickory look like a nancy in comparison. Hell, I'd reckon its her turn.
>Lettin' a black feller do yer wife? Well, if the old lady's havin' fun, who am I to deny her that? I reckon that feller's got a bigger one than me anyway. Besides, we gotta pay some back for that whole slavery bid'ness we did to them. Dutch raised me and I ain't his real son, so I'll raise my wife's son, whether he's black or white.
>Cuttin off yer willie sure sound silly but I reckon a feller might as well chop it off he ain't goin use it. And i suppose a wig can't do harm neither, heck men use to wear em all the time back in them oldin' days.

Yes, if you actually enjoy something and have interest in something you want to go back to it sometimes. I replayed Katana Zero several times because it's an amazing game. I ran through the left 4 dead campaigns a bunch of times over the years. I still sometimes reinstall Alan Wake because I liked the game a lot. Streets of Rage 4 is also a game I like to come back to.
I also enjoy re-listening to my favourite songs and albums, rewatching my fav movies and recently I re-read the Hobbit from start to finish because I like that book and always did.

So make up your mind. "Replay value" is something inherent in a game, or replaying a game is something you do out of love of a game?

You think nobody ever thinks "man, RDR2 was comfy as fuck, let me boot it up again and ride around in it"? Is "replay value" purely about playing the 50+ hour story again and again, or about how often you return to the game? If you spend 150 hours completing a game, does that mean you love it less than playing a 10-hour game fifteen times?

You're just a belligerent young fool trying to establish his "gamer cred" through arbitrary criteria. Well, go ahead. Play RDR2 fifteen times and I'll consider you a TRVE GAYMER.

This scene is unironically way better when you don't do the Sister questline and say goodbye to Reverend Swanson instead. Way more powerful to say goodbye to the guy who rode and went through hell with you and turned his life around the same way Arthur would if he could live than a random black le wholesome woman. No idea why normies latched onto "I'm.. le afraid" so much when the alternative is much better.

Rdr 2 has way more replay value than indie slop that can be beat in 3 hours, people boot up rdr 2 to hunt, explore, do bounties, customize arthur, collectibles, side quests, then there’s the online multiplayer, your definition of replay value is very autistic and it seem you can only enjoy very specific games with arcade game design

Video games aren't "games". It's just the name we give to a medium that adds interaction to the already-existing medium that is audio + video + story (movie).
Nowhere it's stated that audio + video + story + interaction has to be a game: we only gave the "videogame" name to it because at the time ('70s) we didn't have the technology to match audio and video quality to that of a movie, nor could we do complex, real-time, 3d interaction.
So kill yourself you dumb nigger.

I'm not saying that the term "game" is a shame.
I'm saying that it's wrong because it's a relic of the past.
The medium has evolved greatly and it did so in only a few decades. No other medium has had this kind of evolution.
This is obviously due to how fast computers have evolved and also why the "videogame" is the medium that has produced stuff that aged way way faster compared to others.
It's a legacy term.

This game is the ultimate normalfag award game.
Its grossly overrated, everyone i know that praises this game is a normalfag retard who barely plays videogames, the type that plays call of duty and ubisoft games and gta and the last of us then starts praising this like its the best thing in gaming.

Disregarding this it has one of the worst fans in gaming communities, they are casual slop eaters but they always pretend that they know about games, what is good about this game? i always try to think but beyond the production values i find nothing good about it.

Gameplay is shallow, clunky and boring, all you do is auto aim to the heads of the bad guys for 100 hours without any gameplay progression or development.
The mission design is scripted shit where you fail if you saddle a wrong horse or if you stray away from the red line they draw for you.
The open world is repetitive and has nothing going for it, there's no incentive to explore because by chapter 2 you have all the money you need to buy everything, so exploration is never rewarding and the encounter you see are all the same thing.
The story which everyone praises is the same shit we have seen, most of the characters have no development and are just plot devices they dont have brain and can't think.
Arthur is literally a huge stinking retard that never learns and the only reason people like him is because he died, people always fall for melodramatic muh feelz bullshit regardless if its written well or not.

Its just another tedious triple A game except it has bigger budget so normalfags think its the pinnacle of gaming because it looks good, when GTA 6 drops everyone will forget about it, because its fanbase consist of 90% normalfag trash

To question what's a game and what is not was never the point.
The point is that some people questioned whether cinematic games such as RDR2 can be called "videogames" because to them there was no "game" in them.
So if you think that I said what I said to bash and spit on RDR2 by saying that it's not a "game" then you clearly didn't understand shit.
The point I made here >>719876942 is that wether something is or is not a "game" is irrelevant for calling that something "videogame" because the term does not correctly describe what it is, and this makes RDR2 and cinematic games just as worthy of the "videogame" label as any other.
Of course that doesn't mean that one *has to* enjoy cinematic games. One could simply say that they don't like this shit and prefer, say, nintendo or fromsoft stuff, which is completely fine.
But they *are* "videogames".

I feel like most people are simply retarded to a degree and determine how good something is based on their emotions aka when a shitty game or a movie is trying to show that yes this character is sad now you too will feel sad for this reason.

Yes
>Will it ever be topped?
Maybe GTA 6 could top it but I doubt it
