I don't think mechanical switches are usually applied to the face buttons, it's more of a d pad thing. Anyway you can easily just get a controller that has everything else mentioned except for the mechanical switches if you don't like them, the beauty of third party controllers is the wealth of options

because the phone screen is really only suited for shitty games that aren't improved by a controller, and carrying a controller is really annoying for very little gain

I have one and don’t feel like it’s worth the extra pocket real estate. Got some bias however as I prefer having my PS Vita alongside my phone instead

The Vita d-pad is the greatest of all time, the closest I've felt was the Retroid/Ayn one. All are dedicated handhelds and not tumor controllers. If either get replicated on a tumor controller I'll think about it.
