It's a Sakurai made game so I'd be surprised if there weren't a few more references to Dreamland, Adventure, or Super Star, so Marx is a safe bet. Forgotten Land just got a DLC so maybe we'll see Elfilin.

Sakurai is in charge and aside from the popular characters from recent games he'll only put in the strange picks that he personally likes and he only likes Adventure and Super Star

I can't imagine there not being Forgotten Land stuff in this game. An ice character also feels like a lock too but there are a variety to choose from.
