Got a 2DS today for dirt cheap with the intent to gift it to someone, need to replace the joystick cap and buy a stylus but it's otherwise in a really good condition. But I'll need to buy replacement batteries since Bloating will be an issue. The 3DS I was using started to have it's battery swell but Nintendo was still selling them at the time.
Also keeping an eye on the SD card because mine failed. I managed to salvage quiet a bit against all odds but still lost stuff like my monster hunt gen save since that's on the SD card for some reason.

Oh refurbished N3DSXL's actually aren't too bad price wise for something discontinued 5 years ago. Maybe I'll get one.

I've ordered almost a dozen different 3D-printed things in the last few years, from miniatures to SD card slots for modded consoles to full scale replicas of video game weapons. The thing they all have in common is they feel like shit to touch because of how they're printed. No 3D-printed handles for a controller accessory is going to feel good for extended play compared to smoother plastic. That kind of tech isn't cheap enough for your average Etsy store.

That's because you're ordered from a business, they care about one thing only -- getting the prints out of the door as fast as possible. You can get results close to an injection molded by dialing in settings, using the right orientation, filament, ironing. Not as good as injection molding, but very close. But you have to put time and effort into it.
