The best griefing comes from exploiting the environment and game mechanics. I remember using the Cow Mangler exploit to stun friendly sentry nests and let saxton hale tear a new hole in the engis.

If it's original, funny, or distracts the enemy it's cool.
Going AFK or killing yourself on purpose over and over is not.

Griefing to me is only funny if there is an element of humour to it. I will laugh if I step off a teleporter only to fall off a cliff. I will send my sides into orbit if a team mate puts a disgusting spray in an important area. I will probably join in if a team mate is micspamming. The ones that just make life miserable for no discernible reason I can't get behind. Everyone mentions Minecraft griefing for one, but there are tons of other examples of "Ok, that's a bit too far". Basically, it's ok with me if only unhinged people get legitimately mad at it.
