I go nearly every day, but only because the office my company works from is a 2 minute walk away.
I tend to just go in with my lunch and walk around and sit on a bench inside.
It's definitely quite sad nowadays though. So many shops just continually leaving.

And yeah, I went there a couple weeks ago and apparently it was they day after they ACTUALLY GOT THE ESCALATORS WORKING again. And I was planning on getting some pretzel nuggets, but they they closed down.

It's sad, this was such a great mall like 20 years ago. The only thing left that's worth anything is the Toy Vault.

Man... probably like seven years ago now. There are only strip malls in the town I've lived in for the last six years, and whenever I hit the road and head back up to The Big City, I only ever want to shop at standalone stores.

The last time I went, the all of the heavily abused arcade machines left in the arcade had price tags on them. There were some pretty good ones in there: Jurassic Park, Time Crisis 2 and SVC Chaos.

But yeah, later on they just all turned into GameStops. And now there's not even one around here; the closest one is like a 45 minute drive away, which is kinda crazy to think about since there were SO FUCKING MANY here in SE CT.

And yeah, I remember getting Suikoden 2 for $30 at one point, and also looking through all the big box PC games they had.

That guy was put in charge of making an aliens game but he spent most of its budget on a fucking borderlands game and when the aliens game was released and had problems they rushed out a patch, but it wasn't to fix the game, it was a list of babies that were born durings its development and a film grain effect. I used to get most of my games at the one near Lowe's in Waterford. The clerk even held onto a used Wii for me back when they were impossible to find.
