This is the base-level expectation of a boss. The boss if the one making the decisions. If there's an issue, it's their job to tank the criticism.

Kate isn't exclusively the problem. But the community as a whole plays a big part too. YoshiP makes design design decisions based off community feedback. Well more than 90% of the community is all retards. Stormblood was shit on as a whole instead of just on the Narrative. So now you have the shit part of stormblood.
