Not as good in motion clarity. Whenever someone figures out how to make Blur Busters CRT beam simulation/CRT 60hz simulation shader work flawlessly on OLED monitors with shaderglass app then we'll be finally in a more ideal place for high refresh rate OLED monitors. This is a major secondary reason i bought a 240hz 4k OLED monitor, despite knowing my framerates wouldn't be hitting that. To be able to run that specific shader that requires high refresh for optimal results. Or G-sync Pulsar OLEDs might be capable of something similar in the future so that has the potential to be exciting, i haven't seen how that works yet with my own eyes so it's hard to say.
Last time i checked it had syncing issues, and i don't know if it ever got addressed. Link to it below:

^ if this gets figured out then we're closed to not needing to discuss CRTs anymore in regards to gaming. If you got it working then maybe i did something wrong. 240hz is minimum.
