i liked it up till Borderlands 2, but after that i really started to dislike the aesthetic. particularly the weapon design philosophy. everything is fucking big and bulky for no reason. there's no sleek, stylish, minimalistic manufacturer amongst all the carnival shit manufacturers.

borderlands would be much better if humans were rare.
the weird proportions would work better with aliens, who should be the dominant characters

I looked at the skill trees and they seem absolute dogshit
absolutely nothing powerful or catching an eye by changing how game mechanics work
also, again, no characters which are based on shooting, its all skills and minions and spawning weapon overrides and other bullshit
